The Core Beliefs and Values of FemmeTech Inc.

• We believe that capitalism is necessary to and supportive of the total empowerment of every individual, and that it is the best economic system ever devised on this planet. We believe that economics are not a zero-sum game, and that capitalism supports the ongoing creation of wealth.
• We insist on doing our best in everything we undertake.
• We believe that money is a physical expression of creativity, commitment, and integrity. Therefore, we believe that a business makes money by living by its principles. Profit is a byproduct of our vision, values and congruent actions, not our primary goal.
• We are clear and direct in our communications and expectations of one another and our customers.
• We believe that making winners of all of the system's stakeholders is a necessary and sufficient condition for success.
• Work is an integral part of our lives, and it can and should be fun. We support joy and laughter in our workplace.
